1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if your item is unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals and all included parts.

To request a return, please contact us first at contact@yerdvo.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.

Please do not send any item back before contacting our support team and receiving return instructions.

2. Change of Mind Returns

For online orders, customers may request to cancel and return an item within 14 days of receiving the order, unless an exception applies.

After you notify us that you want to cancel or return your order, you must send the item back within 14 days.

Returned items must be unused, complete, in original condition and packed safely for return shipping.

3. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

Unused and in original condition
Returned with the original packaging
Complete with all parts, accessories and manuals
Protected properly for return shipping
Returned only after contacting our support team

4. Non-Returnable Items

We may not be able to accept returns for items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, not in original packaging, customised, assembled incorrectly, installed, altered, or returned without prior contact with our support team.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

5. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@yerdvo.com.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, photos of the packaging and a short explanation of the issue. Our support team will review your case and help with the next steps.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will review the case and provide the appropriate return instructions.

If the return is due to a change of mind, customer error, incorrect size choice or no longer wanting the item, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise confirmed by our support team.

Large or heavy garden sheds and outdoor storage items may require specialist courier return service.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

8. Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds are usually processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or receive valid proof that the item has been sent back.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund in your account.

9. Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@yerdvo.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the return process after delivery.

10. Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account and contact your card provider or payment provider. Processing times can vary.
